• Designed and created presentation flowers for Charles, Prince of Wales and Lady Diana Spencer’s 1984 Royal Tour of Australia
• Designed and created set and presentation flowers for Channel 9
• Conducted demonstrations at The Melbourne Home Show
• Designed and created arrangements for Australian society weddings
• Served as Vice Principal of The Australian Academy of Floral Art for 20 years
• Served as Operations Manager for a chain of florists located in The Epworth Hospital, Royal Women’s Hospital, Alfred Hospital, St Vincent’s Hospital, Brighton, Fitzroy, Carlton & Footscray

Having learnt from one of Melbourne’s most respected florists – Geoffrey McMahon, Jenny’s approach to floristry is second to none. Her innovative designs are a reflection of decades of botanical knowledge, floristry skills and systematic attention to detail.

Following in Mr McMahon’s footsteps, Jenny has taught thousands of students at his nationally recognised floristry school – The Australian Academy of Floral Art. Over a period of 20 years, she has passed on invaluable skills and techniques, which has seen many of her students go on to very successful careers as florists, managers and business operators in the industry.
